Q. My blackboard password does not work, how do I reset it?

Blackboard passwords expire every 180 days after you set it.  You will receive an automated email notice 15 and 5 days before your password expires. If you forgot your blackboard password, or your blackboard password does not work, you need to reset it.

There are two ways to reset a blackboard password:

1. If you set up security questions, email verification, or SMS (text) verification, you can use Password Manager. Click the Forgot Your Password button to reset your password.
