The same username and password is used for myMATC, Self Service, Blackboard, Gmail, etc. If you have been able to log into these accounts in the past, and are now having problems with your login, it could be because your password has expired.

If you know the answers to your challenge questions, you can reset/change your password by going to the Password Manager, and clicking on Forgotten Password. Or contact the Student Computer Help Desk for assistance 414-297-6541.
