Q. How do I submit a paper to the MATC Online Writing Lab?

If you need someone to proofread an assignment, but cannot make it to the Writing Center or to an outlying campus Academic Support Center, do the following to submit your assignment. (It takes about 3 - 5 days for someone to respond, so please be sure to submit your assignment early.)

Please send your paper as an attachment in Microsoft Word (.docx) or (.doc) or Rich Text Format (.rtf) to writing@matc.edu, and include the following information in the body of your email:

• First and last name
• Student ID number
• Course name and number
• Instructor's name
• Detailed guidelines for the assignment (Can be copy/pasted into email from Blackboard)
• Assignment due date

Please allow one to two business days for a response. Papers submitted outside of normal MATC Writing Center hours are looked at when the center next reopens.
