There could be a couple of reasons for this to be occurring.  Follow the instructions below.  If these instructions do not work, there might be a problem externally.  If you continue to have problems, please reply or give me a call at 262-238-2212.

First go to

Next go to Articles and Databases tab, then click on Browse All Databases or Browse Database by Subject.

Select your desired database (ie Academic Search Complete, Academic Onefile.)

When you click on the link that says "access for MATC students and staff," you should be prompted to insert your name and seven digit student ID number.

After you enter your information, you should be able to access the databases.
