How do I access articles written for parent about their-5 year old's imaginary friend?

Answer

The MATC library databases can be accessed through the MATC Library Website.  A direct link to the list of full text databases by title is here.  Once you select a database from the list, click on the link that says,  "Access for MATC students and staff:".

If you are accessing the databases from off campus, you will be prompted to input your Student ID# and name to confirm that you are an MATC student.

I would suggest using Academic Search Complete or Academic Onefile.  Once in these databases, I would try the following searches:

"Imaginary companions and child psychology"

"Imaginary companions and parent*"
