The MATC Libraries subscribe to a huge database of journal articles.  Start by going to  In the middle is a search box.  Under the tab "search everything" type in "job stress" or other related keywords (like workplace pressure, employment stress).  You will get a results screen with thousands of results.  On the left hand side there are limiters.  Click on the boxes for "full text" and "scholarly (peer-reviewed) journals".  You will also want to limit the date range of the results to more recent years.

You will be able to view the articles.  On the right-hand side of the screen, the icons allow you  to save or email the article for later viewing, and also to cite the article in your paper.

Let us know if you need any more assistance.
