Does MATC have a subscription to PubMed (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed)? If so, how can this be accessed? If not, is there a way to get articles found through PubMed that are not free?
I would like to use this database for research projects in my classes.

Answer

Hi Luke,

We don't subscribe to PubMed, but we do have some of the articles through Medline and other medical databases.

Was there a specific article that you were not able to get through PubMed? If you have the title, author, etc., we can search our databases for it.

Otherwise, if you have a topic, you can use "Search Everything" at http://book.matc.edu/ to search all of our databases for articles, online films, plus books. When you've clicked "Find It," you will see all of the results in the middle of the page. The left side of the page allows you to limit to full text material, peer-reviewed, etc.

Call us at 414-297-7559 if you need further assistance.

Thanks
